SPS is a type of Small Polyp Stony Corals. The calcium they use to build their skeletons is also responsible for building the reef itself. SPS requires stable tank parameters on order to maintain proper health and color.
SPS Draws much of its nutrition from both the lighting and also water column. We target feed and broadcast feed both frozen and powdered reef foods.
SPS can be found on many coral reefs and are harvested from several locations around the world. These include Indonesia , Vietnam, Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Solomon Islands, and the Great Barrier Reef and many others.

SPS can be cut using a wet saw, diamond carbide rotary saw or Bone cutter. Once you have removed desired fragment it can be glued to its new location using either gel superglue or reef epoxy.
